Located in the north end of Barrie, this property is directly across the street from the Hudson’s Bay entrance of the Georgian Mall. The room available is in the upper apartment of a house. Apartment features a large shared fenced in backyard, with private large patio door access, and private deck, and shared street side entrance with downstairs tenants. Includes all utilities including internet, tenants insurance, and central air. Available room is 10 x 10 ft. 1 parking space is available in the driveway, and additional street parking is available if needed.

As this is a sublet, Landlord requires credit check and references. First and Last will be payable to them.

This property is split into two apartments within the house. The upstairs apartment (ours) has a small dog, and cat. we are a male and female mid to late 20’s, and members of the Lgbt community. Both receive Ontario Disability for mental health conditions, and have artistic hobbies, including silversmithing, painting, and enjoy culinary experimenting. We are mostly homebodies, and occasionally have guests and overnight guests over.

On a scale of 1 - 10, with 1 being slobs, and 10 being clean freaks, we are around a 5-6. We like a tidy home, but aren’t aggressive about cleaning. Mainly, we are looking for someone willing to clean up after themselves, and assist in weekly chores. As this is a house full of dogs, we try to be home before 11, as not to disturb the household.

We’d prefer a female roommate, 25-35, but are willing to consider everyone.
