Room available to rent in a 2 bedroom basement apartment. Conveniently located in Parkdale, a 7 minute walk to Foothills hospital & Foothills UofC campus, and 5 minutes from the river. The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what you would like/need, and the shared space is fully furnished but I’m very open to you bringing your own furniture.

I am 26 years old and looking for a friendly, kind, clean roommate. I’m currently working as a substitute teacher, so will be home some days during the week. I have a super friendly and loving cat, so I would ask that only cat people apply. He loves other cats, so if you have another cat that would work out well - he’s never met an animal he doesn’t get along with! I am super active, love hiking and the outdoors. I’m really clean and organised. I enjoy quiet nights in while binge watching TV shows like the Bachelor or going for a drink on a patio. I would consider myself to be an outgoing and easygoing person so would love to find a like-minded roommate!
