You can’t find a place with better access to great restaurants, and we’re surrounded by every major store chain you can think of. Good access to TWU and Kwantlen Langley campus!

The house had a spacious living room, large dining area, and beautiful kitchen on the shared ground floor. Shared laundry upstairs.

This living space is partially below ground with two rooms and a separate rear entrance. The stair window gets good light in the morning. There is a private bathroom included, with a shower.

There is a large rec room in the basement as well, which is partially shared as I need to access the furnace room and breaker through it.

I’m taking care of the house and living upstairs. Easy-going, friendly, and tidy. My days are full between work and life, so I like napping when I get the chance! I’m a passionate board gamer and would love to host weekend gaming nights when it works out. My goal is a friendly and safe home, where we can be ourselves and pursue our personal goals in life. I’d like to have a chat with anyone interested to make sure we’re on similar wavelengths and a good fit for sharing a home together!
