Theresa's room

Located in the heart of downtown Montréal, a 5 minute walk to the metro/train station, grocery store, park and a 10 minute walk to ConU! Great residential area, quaint balcony, floor to ceiling windows with an unobscured view of the sky, a rare treat for a condo in the city! Condo is equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. You have your own private bedroom and more importantly, your own bathroom! Your bedroom is unfurnished, but we do have some furniture items available for you in storage should you wish to borrow instead of bringing your own (mattress, shelf, etc). Two young well-established women who are Montréal natives. Both work full-time and rarely host any parties or large gatherings (at most, our relatives stop by for the occasional family dinner). We keep a tidy home and would expect the same in return, especially within the common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony, laundry area). Tobacco smoking is prohibited (not even on the balcony), but cannabis is welcome. We do have a hypoallergenic cat and a small dog, so if you love cute animals and the convenience of having everything close by, this is the place for you!
