About the room
Its a basement suit with one bedroom and one hall. There’s a bed in hall too. So you’ll get your own furnished bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful. There is a park nearby and few grocery shops. Walmart and other big retail stores 15 minutes from the residence. The bust stop is right outside the house. All utilities are included.

About the roomies
My roommate is moving out in September hence I am looking for another one who is super hygienic and keeps bathroom, kitchen and everything clean. We can clean the house once every two weeks. I am chill and laidback.You can have music if we are having a small and decent party. I’d love to watch movies and talk about business, work and some intellectual stuff. Looking for a roommate who gets along and most importantly is hygienic.
