I’ve been living in downtown New Westminster for the past 5 years and I’m looking for a new roommate to share the space with. The room for rent is unfurnished and has it’s own private ensuite. There are two closets in the bedroom along with storage in the unit. The building was finished in 2015 and has a beautiful view of the Fraser River. It comes with laundry inside the unit and a dishwasher too. Columbia Station is a 7 minute walk from the front door with restaurants, shopping, and parks within walking distance.

Please note: I am looking for a roommate who does not smoke. WiFi and utilities are included. Underground parking is available at an additional cost. A mattress is available but otherwise the room is unfurnished.

I was born and raised in the Vancouver suburbs and have been living in New Westminster for the past 5 years. I have been working in the travel industry since 2015 although covid-19 has changed things recently and I am currently unemployed (temporarily laid off). In my spare time I love to cook, bake, read, listen to podcasts, and travel. I am not a big partier but instead enjoy watching movies or spending time with friends on the weekends. I hope to find a new roommate that is likeminded and is excited to make my place their home too.
