My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join our sunny laneway house. Ideal for a student or young working professional who likes dogs.

-Large, unfurnished bedroom with large closet (can also be furnished if you want)
-Fully equipped kitchen
-In-suite laundry (W&D)
-Nice yard
-Great neighbourhood. 2 blocks from Main & King Ed, lots of shops, cafes, etc.
-Easy transit access. Near 3 bus routes (#3, #8, #25) and Canada Line Skytrain
-Utilities: about $40/month
-Available August 1
-No smoking or drugs please.

About the roomies
Both of us are male undergraduate students in our early 20’s. I go to UBC, and my roommate goes to Langara. We both enjoy some private time in our rooms, but are friendly people and would be happy to chill and talk as well. I sometimes like to cook big meals, but am flexible about sharing the kitchen space and can be patient if you need it. I also have a 9 y/o corgi mix (who I love dearly), so liking dogs is a must.
