Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share a beautiful furnished 2bed2bath newer high rise condo near Metrotown. The condo is an 8 min walk to the skytrain station and 7 min walk to Metrotown mall. Located close to restaurants/banks/BCIT and a 17 min train ride to downtown core.

The unit is total 950sqft, with a large wrap around balcony. You would have your own private bedroom and washroom, and we would share the kitchen, living, balcony, laundry spaces.

About me: I am an easygoing, respectful, tidy and organized working professional in my late 20s looking to live with someone like-minded.
