Apartment in Riley Park Tower in Kensington. This is a great location for students, right next to Sunnyside C-Train Station.
Fairly spacious apartment with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment has some basic furnishings, but would require furnishing for your own room.
Rent includes all utilities, internet is separate. I don’t have TV, but if you would like it, it’s available.

I am an Instructor at SAIT looking for a like-minded professional to share a living-space in Calgary. I am currently working from home, but post-COVID I will be returning to work on campus.
I’m a home-body for the most part, but I do like to go out for drinks or dancing sometimes. I like to occasionally have friends over for drinks and board games. I’m clean and a pretty chill person, but I’m not opposed to shared living spaces, and I do like to chat with my roommates.
