Giulia's room

Our place is on Blackberry Rd (5 minute walk to the 70, 72, 75 bus line to downtown + 26, 16, 50 bus line to UVic + 15 minute walk to Saanich Plaza and Uptown Mall) and the rent would be $950 for a bedroom and bathroom (this would be your own bathroom, unshared except for the laundry machine). The apartment has a no-smoking and no-pet policy.

The $950 includes: all utilities, high speed internet, in house laundry + dry cleaning, & personal bathroom

If you want a parking space, that’ll be an additional $20!

Right now the room is being used but we’ll be replacing the bunkbed with a queen size bed. The available room has a closet, and is currently fully furnished with a bed, bookshelf, desk, and a drawer chest. However, if you want it partially or completely unfurnished, I can make those accommodations for you!

I’m a 21 year old student going into my 4th year at UVic but I’m currently spending my summer working full-time at the university. I’m from Italy and Japan, and moved here about 3 years ago. I’d like to consider myself a pretty easy-going homebody; when I have some downtime, I like spending it at home drawing, painting, playing with makeup, reading, and practicing my ukulele and/or kalimba. I also enjoy spending my time by the beach or in parks whenever the sun is out! I’d like to consider myself as trying to always maintain a generally respectful and clean space, but I understand that living with roommates requires open and respectful communication in regards to everyone’s living habits! I’d like to live with a roommate that hopefully shares my interests so that we can get along and spend time together time to time.
