Just me. I’m a quadriplegic man, busy with life. I have goals, but limited resources, and I am looking for a tenant who can help me. If I can find the right fit, I will let the room for free. But it needs to be the right person, so don’t worry if that is not you. I will give more details if you are interested. This is what I am hoping for:

Somebody occupying the room at least 5 nights a week.

On those nights, I need help to put on my CPAP mask (for sleep apnea), and turn my computer off, at about 10 PM.

I am hoping to work during the day, but sometimes I run into logistical problems that block my way, or cause me long waits. This can happen a couple times a day. When it does, I need someone to take a few minutes to help me get back to work.

I do have attendant care support, but it’s hard to get someone to come for short, unscheduled visits. Attendants come and go quietly.
