About the room
I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of the vibrant Yonge & Eglinton neighbourhood. The building has a convenience store, laundry room, and media room in the basement. There is also a 24-hour concierge. Parking is available in the building for additional fees. Hydro and Internet are also extra but, usually amount to under $100 each.
The apartment is also extremely close to transit. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Eglinton Subway Station and less than a minute walk to the nearest busstop on Eglinton and Dunfield.
Due to COVID-19, I understand if virtual tours are preferred and am more than happy to arrange a time and date to make that happen.
About the roomies
My name is Kim, and by day I work as a Manager for a retail company, by night I work as a Freelance Writer. I’m quiet and tidy but, also enjoy a drink and a chat on occasion. I also own a kitten named Ernest. He’s extremely friendly.
