My roommate and I (male and female best friends) are looking for a third roommate for our spacious townhouse near Algonquin college ! Large room, lots of storage and parking included ! 10 minute walk to Algonquin college and 15 minute walk to college square (loblaws, lcbo, recall, Starbucks ect.). Great backyard and garden as well. Common areas are already furnished.

My roommate and I are both young professionals (23 and 25 years old) who work full time. We are clean and respectful of space and privacy but would also be open to having a new friend to watch movies with and maybe chat over a drink on the weekends !
