About the room
Common areas are all furnished with all utilities included and we will be sharing washroom. 30 sec walk to bus stop that can leave you at Sheppard-yonge station in 7 minutes. The lease can also be negotiated to be a 6-month lease if needed. Area is super quiet and really nice to take a bike ride or just walk around.
Looking for a friendly roommate to share the place with. Someone chill, tidy and respectful who is also someone I can talk with occasionally and can hang out with in the common areas. We will also be sharing most of the kitchenware, so you do not have to worry about that.
About the roomies
Recently graduated comp science student, introverted with a love of cooking, watching TV/Anime and playing video games. Also I like to hang out, drink wine, bake and talk or have a nice walk around the area. I speak Spanish/English/Portuguese
