Panther Street

Looking for a 4th roommate to join our chill home for either august or September 1! Rent is split between all of us equally to be $550 per person plus utilities. 2 of 3 of us are students, 1 just graduated from UVic and we are all in our mid/early 20s. The house is fully furnished and we have a spare mattress if needed. Our house is about a 10 minute walk to UVic. There is 2 girls and 1 guy living here as well as 2 very sweet cats! Our house is 420 friendly. We are looking for someone who is chill and clean, message me if you want pics! AND the place has a dishwasher :’)

Well the king of the house is Frank, this tabby cat is turning 3 on July 21. And his new sister penny is almost 4 month old kitty! There is 1 guy who is 23 and graduated from UVic last summer and 2 girls who are 23 and attending UVic entering their 4th year of studies. We are all very chill and social/friendly individuals who are all 420 friendly. We are also pretty clean people so we are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves
