Hi there, I have 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom house available to be rented out. I am barely there and will barely be on the premises so wanted to rent them out. the 3 bedroom house has 1 full bathroom and a powder room, a kitchen, living room and dining room. I also have a 2 bedroom 1 washroom and a 1 bedroom 1 washroom unit in the basement with separate entrance, in-unit washer and dryer and in-unit kitchen for each unit.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, social and down to earth. Preferably Georgian College students as the place is a 3 min walk from campus or working professionals.
