We live in a quiet, family-friendly area close to a bus stop and a small park. We have a ground floor bedroom with private furnished living area and private bathroom. The bedroom may be furnished if you need it. You can use the kitchen upstairs to prepare meals and you will have your own fridge. The rent is $600 per month which includes laundry, wifi and utilities. If you have a car there is a driveway. We have 2 cats which stay upstairs and are friendly.

We are a married couple with no kids at home. Both of us work full-time during the day, so the place is very quiet.
