Matt's room

Really nice place just looking for one more person to help split the rent, its 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with lots of space and a beautiful kitchen, utilities are included and parking is free for 6 months and the first 2 months of living are free!

Two students that go to college one for music the other for engineering, we arent smokers we have no pets and we keep everything neat and organized, the spot is right downtown aswell so we can go out for drinks anytime!
