Going to begin renting a 4bdrm , 1.5bath, with 1 other person, in the downtown area. Looking for someone to rent a room. I have a high speed internet package that is unlimited, has been completely redone on the inside. The deposit would technically be first and last months rent. Can do month to month or on a lease.

I’m 37, single, clean and quiet. I like watching hockey and cooking. Other roommate is 24 and currently is a cook at the Brant golf and country club. She also has a cat. I’m pretty easy to get along with.
