You will have West Georgia and all bus stops literally downstairs, Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, walking distance to Burrard skytrain station, Steve nash, doctors clinic, Keg, entire robson street with Robson plaza, Breka bakery 24 hours downstairs and of course BC liquor store in front of your bedroom. Floor to roof glass ceilings. You can move in early as well if it’s urgent or for August. 1 month stay minimum, maximum for 4 months.
