Close to church street night life and 15 min away from dundas square. Building has card-operated laundry room, recycling room and a gym. Spacious apartment, lots of living space and private storage space. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, espresso machine, etc) and bathroom are shared. You will have plenty storage to keep your things. Two balconies - One in the living room and another in the in your bedroom. Room has the option of being furnished. Included in the price is everything (hydro/heat/ gigabit internet) Move-in date: flexible preferentially on December 1st, but can also be January 1st. First and last month required

Working at UofT doing PhD. Respectful, quiet, and laid back. Open-minded, down to earth and very easy to get along with (I hope). LGBTQ+ positive. Must be okay with cats as I have one. I tend to work a lot, and when I’m home I am either relaxing (netflix, youtube, gaming etc) or cooking and prepping my week. I’m down for the occasional night out if you are.
