Hey! This condo is in the heart of Toronto, 5-minute walk to Ryerson, Eaton center, Yonge-Dundas square, and Dundas subway station. 2 BATHROOMS BOTH WITH SHOWERS and ideally a year long rental!! :) We are also directly in front of a streetcar stop. I’m looking for a roommate who is hopefully nice and friendly but also prioritizes cleanliness without necessarily being a neat-freak. This condo features new appliances and is a corner unit, so we have floor-to-ceiling windows in the shared space and you have floor-to-ceiling windows in your room as well. We can do laundry in the unit, the bedroom walks out onto a shared balcony space, there is a/c, a dishwasher and there are a ton of building amenities (yoga room, rooftop pool/patio, weight room, cardio room, sauna, party room, etc). I also have a cat who is very old and literally just sleeps in my room all day. All of thee common spaces are furnished, with room for more when my current roommate moves out but your room will come entirely unfurnished. There is ample closet space in the main hallway for storage, and we also have a storage locker. There is 24/7 security at the front desk to greet you and collect parcels.

I am currently working full-time at a coffee shop while also taking full-time classes at OCAD University. Im super respectful, enjoy cleaning and I’m a pretty low-stress laid back person. My ideal roommate is someone who is clean but not necessarily a neat-freak and honestly is just friendly and nice!
