The apartment is in a small quiet 3 story building. It is in a safe and beautiful neighbourhood with 2 big parks at the top and the bottom of the street. It is a 20 minute walk to Mount-Royal park. This apartment is located between Atwater and Vendome metro. The street is also perpendicular to Sherbrooke street where buses pass every 5-10 minutes. Downtown is about a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment is fully- furnished (aside from the bedroom).
