Hello - I have put some great rooms at a discounted price, so now is your chance to lock-in a great deal.

These rooms generally go for $620, but in a pandemic world, I am listing them at $520, which includes rent, heating, and internet, and am willing to do it for 10-12 month lease. If you want to do 1-month, then a $150 deposit is required.

The location of the rooms is top notch, between Mont-Royal mountain and St. Laurent Boulevard.
