Parkland Drive

Located on a nice quiet street, and on a major bus route. Minutes from Bayer’s Lake, library, and the Canada games centre. Beautiful walking trail and parks close by, minute from Kearney lake. Secure building, with key fob, so a 15$ deposit will be needed. (Money is returned when tented leaves) Overall the building is quiet, safe, and the other tentes are friends and family organtated. There is a washer and dryer in-suite. The room is large. Fits a queen but and if needed a desk as well. Good size closet and dresser, at this time the room is fully furnished. Adjustments can be made if you wish to have some of your own furnishings moved in. Sorry for the bage and papers in pic, shredding old paperwork.

I am a fairly introverted person, just release from the military after 14 years. Will be starting school in September at NSCC. I’m easy going and friendly, I am active person and have a consistent workout schedule and a little mini gym for at home workouts. I have three cats, that are super friendly and just sweeties. Please if you do not like cats, are unsure, please don’t apply as this is their home as well, they are older cats (13, 9, 5). I am honest, level headed and a bit blunt. All I ask that if you wish you have guest, to give me a heaps up.
