Hi, My name is Nolan Benedetti and I need a roommate by November1. The room is downstairs, and you would basically have your own bathroom.

The house is in Varsity and it is surrounded with all the essentials! 10 min walk to North Hill Mall, 10 min walk to the C-train, 15 min walk to Co-Op, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Winners, and many more.

House includes: -dishwasher -double garage -2 bathrooms -fully furnished (except rooms) -tons of parking space -very nice patio

I am a 27 year old male and my other roommates are my 52 year old dad and a 37 year old man named Micheal.

I work as a roofer, and my dad works for Imperial oil, which is 16 days on 16 days off. So he is only here less than half the year.

We are very easy going, clean, good to talk to, and respectful of other peoples space. We are preferring male roommates, but will consider female as well.
