Hey there! I live right next to Mount Royal, my roommate moved back in with her family but I still really love the place & am looking for a roommate to resign the lease with! It’s fully furnished except the bedroom (my old roommate just hasn’t moved a few things out yet but it will be completely open) although I’m not against moving some of your furniture in too. There is also a balcony! Utilities are included, there are washing machines (2) on every floor, & a gym in the basement. Parking is just behind the building an isn’t more that $20 a month. I’m an easy going friendly person. I want this living space to be both of ours & us to get along. I love to cook, and I have a boyfriend who will be over sometimes. I also drive so if you ever need a ride & I’m free I don’t mind helping out! I’m looking for a friendly person who I can work with to make a little home!
