I’m looking for a student/young working professional to rent the second room in a great two bed, two bath condo in Tuscany. It is a 1-2 minute walk from the Tuscany C-train station and has easy access to Crowchild and Stoney Trail with street parking just outside the building. It is a third story corner unit that has good sunlight and is over 1000 square feet with views of the mountains just outside the building! You will have your own partially furnished bedroom, and bathroom with a bath and shower. There is also a newly renovated kitchen, in-house laundry and a lovely balcony. The common areas will be furnished (some different furniture than in the photos) but I am willing for you to bring your own furniture/decorations too! All utilities expect for internet are included in the rent. Move in date is negotiable.
