Super convenience location, walk distance to BCIT, close to Costco, take Bus 133 to Brentwood station or 144/110 to Metrotown. I have two room for renting right now, one suite and one single room. Includes simple appliance and utility. The monthly rent of the suite is 800 while the single room is 700. No pet.

About the roomies

Another guy is a BCIT students studying business. He is nice and friendly Chinese student and willing to build friendship with you. I am not a smoker but smoking is fine for me only when you are not inside of the house.
