I’m currently looking for a roommate for Sept 1st to rent out my second bedroom. I live in the heart of the village so my roommate must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m looking for a working professional who is clean, quiet, respectful, will adhere to social distancing and masking policies and most importantly likes dogs (but doesn’t have their own). I have a 3 year old rescue dog named Rey and he rules the roost. My roommate must be ok with some dog hair and he’s a shedder but I do have a robot vacuum that tries his best :) Location is fantastic, close to the Eaton’s Centre, U of T, Ryerson, between two subway stops (Wellesley and College) and steps away from the Church St strip. Rental complex includes a beautiful courtyard and gardens. The room is currently unfurnished but could be furnished if needed. Rent would be $1350 which includes utilities and internet. A pay laundry room is on site. Parking is available for $170/month.

I’ve worked in research for 13 years and have lived in the complex for 8 years. I love the location and being able to walk to work is a perk. 420 friendly as well :) I’m out with my dog a lot and like to relax in the evenings with some bad reality tv :) If you’re interested shoot me a message and tell me a bit about yourself, in particular what your work situation currently is I.e. working from home.
