Michael's room

The bedroom is furnished and the rent will be $1150 excluding utilities and wifi. Wifi is $30 monthly and utilities vary as it is lower during the warmer months and higher during winter.

There is a full sized bed and a study table in the room, you also have 2 very large windows in the room overlooking the Lougheed area.

There is a 50 inch TV, sofa, dining table and all the necessary cooking appliances in the living room.

The area is very strategic, it is about 6 minutes away from the Lougheed skytrain station, Walmart and Koreatown. It is walking distance to Sushi California and Mcdonalds and there is a bus stop to SFU within 2 minutes of the apartment.

There is a modest gym in the building but it is currently closed due to COVID

I’m an SFU student studying Communications and I’m looking to share my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a roommate.

Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia but I’m fluent in English

420 friendly but I can certainly avoid doing it in the shared spaces if it is a concern. I don’t drink too often but I probably won’t say no to a drink either.

Looking for laidback people who are mutually respectful and open in communicating. I’m clean and i tend to cook the most basic things.
