Lovely house located in east end of Hamilton with an extensive edible garden. Located very close to beautiful Gage park providing a great walking opportunity. Single lovely, quiet woman living in apartment upstairs. Kind and helpful neighbours all around. A spacious basement room with a private bathroom are available for rent. Kitchen and living spaces are shared. A company comes to clean the house every other week.

I am looking for a gentle, friendly and honest Italian man to share my house. Must enjoy conversing over coffee. Would be expected to participate in meal preparation.
