I’m a 33 yr old working female. Easy going. Quiet. Meticulously clean and organized. I love to cook. You would be sharing the apartment with myself and my 8 year old pug. He’s cute and friendly and keeps to himself mostly because he sleeps all day. I am away from the apartment 3-4 days of the week so you would have the apartment to yourself those days. It comes fully furnished with anything you could need except your private room which I encourage you to outfit and decorate as you wish. First and last months rent is needed as well as a background check by the property managers. Parking is available indoor or outdoor for an extra cost. Looking for someone willing to stay long term. One to one and half years if not longer. I have many photos to share which I will send via email before deciding on a date to view the apartment in person. I also have a short roommate compatibility questionnaire that I require all potential roommates to complete and exchange with me to help determine compatibility.
