• 2 shared washrooms (House has on demand hot water system: which means you will never run out of hot water)

• Kitchen fully stocked with all dishes and appliances you would need.

• Laundry onsite.

• Dish soap, Laundry detergent and toilet paper supplied by landlord.

• Cleaning of common area and washrooms done daily by cleaners.

• Bikes with helmet and a lock are available for your use.

• 10 min bike ride to Bay front park, Rail trail and King William restaurants

• - First and last month rent required to secure 12 month lease. -- 2 References -- must be employed or in school full time

Roommates are professionals or mature students. We are all from diverse backgrounds. Cycling is a passion in our house.
