Rue Saint-Urbain

Hey everyone! My roommate and I are looking for one student(!) to come move into our furnished beautiful, bright, and clean apartment located in the Plateau (Saint Urbain)

-The bedroom is beautiful and bright and has a balcony with a wonderful view of Mount Royal attached. It has a single bed, a desk, dresser, and a wardrobe.

-surrounding apartments are only filled with students

-the apartment is on the top floor so there will be no one above us

-a minute walk from Saint Laurent. Seconds aways from cafes, gyms, bars, clubs, grocery stores (Segals, Pharmaprix), restaurants, and more!

-right next to Jeanne-Mance park and minutes away from Mount Royale (amazing view)

-washer and dryer and storage room in apartment

-I’m Jaylyn, I’m 20 years old and a psychology student. I love to dance and write and go on little adventures.

-Sophie (she wrote this): I’m Sophie, I’m a 21 year old fine art student who specializes in drawing and painting! I’m very energetic and love to listen to music and dance and also have quiet cute nights!

-We enjoy dancing (clearly), cooking, games, watching movies together, and going on spontaneous adventures. We love to socialize but we definitely need our private time as well.

-We’re also alcohol and 420 friendly lol

-We’re super careful about the Covid situation, so we’re looking for people that are also just as conscientious (immunocompromised).

-We’re really hoping to become friends with our roommates and to not all be super separated in the apartment. We want it to be a comfortable and fun space!

-And while we love to have a good time, we are all students, so we’re hoping to find people that are mindful of that.

-We’re looking for a chill, respectful, tidy, and fun English-speaking woman or non-binary student.
