Fully furnished room & private washroom available in Mississauga for one student only, main intersection Cawthra and Dundas Road. First and last months’ rent, plus $200 security deposit. $1,000 rent includes fully furnished bedroom, utilities, internet, & washer/dryer. We require in-person or video interview, ID, credit rating (if available) and personal references. Minimum 6-month lease.

The bedroom is located on the main floor of a modern townhouse with a shared entrance. The newly renovated private washroom, closet space, and shared washer/dryer are located one level down in the basement. My husband and I, both UTM alumni, live on the second and third floor. We are looking for someone who does not need to use the kitchen and we require the tenant to bring personal utensils, plates, and cups (due to COVID-19). We keep our house VERY CLEAN and expect someone to have a HIGH standard of cleanliness. Parking is not included but can be accommodated.
