Amber's room

Basement is large, has its own washroom and living area, but roommates have access to laundry room. House is air conditioned, has four washrooms- one in basement, one on main floor, and two upstairs. Big kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, kitchen island, dishwasher, and all appliances are in great condition.

We have a private backyard with a BBQ and a paid parking spot if needed. Close to 24hr transit (506/306 streetcar), 20 min walk to subway or 10 min bus ride. Several grocery stores, restaurants, and banks nearby. No smoking indoors, but house is 420 friendly.

All three of us are in our 30s, very friendly, like to socialize. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly, politically active, kinda nerdy, and all keep different hours

We split all bills- internet, gas, and hydro.
