FEMALES ONLY -5 min to uptrain and go train -10 min to downtown Furnished room for rent available immediately. Room for female student or young working female. $850 per month.

• Room is fully furnished with single bed, memory foam comfortable mattress, blanket/comforter with cover, pillow , Wardrobe drawer full closet with hangers .
• Room is on the basement floor of the house with big windows
• Full washroom with Bathtub Shower is available on the same floor with storage caddy
• 5 minute to up train ,bus stop, grocery store. shoppers drug mart, restaurants, pizza pizza, dollar store , no-frills .
• Rent is all inclusive, no other bills to pay (utilities like Hydro, Heating)
• House has central air-conditioner
• No smoking or drinking or overnight guests allowed
• You will be sharing house with a female (student )therefore, kitchen and full washroom which will be shared by other person
• We will require 1 piece of ID, 2 latest payslips if working, First and Last month rent or cheque for the next month
