Lisa's room

Spacious, bright fully furnished bedroom w hardwood floors & large closet - located on main floor of large, well-maintained fully finished & furnished bungalow. Located just a 10 min drive from downtown Edmonton, right across the river from U of A, 10 min to West Edmonton Mall, 10 min to Whitemud Freeway; it’s literally footsteps from Edmonton’s beautiful river valley trails & has Edmonton Transit bus stop right out front door. Tons of free parking out front, potential for 1 spot in double garage during cold months.

My room mate will be moving out in Sept (possibly earlier, so move-in date may be flexible). It will just be the 2 of us living here, I’m a nurse and work day shift during weekdays (& the odd shift on weekends). Looking for a room mate who is mature (tidies up, cleans, takes care of the environment, pays the bills on time every month, communicates when bothered by something). Also, someone who is social but who also values having and giving privacy. I’m a very calm, lighthearted, social & open person, and would love to have a room mate who is similar in nature. I love being physically active and out & about in the world, but am also happy to stay in & chill. Huge hockey fan, can’t wait til going to games at Rogers is a thing again…..
