spacious room(approx 180 sqft) and on vey high floor (above 40 floor) available for rent from september 1st good for individual or couple bed with huge wardrobe, study table and chair personal balcony on very high floor fully furnished kitchen too with microwave,toaster,dishwasher,fridge. living room has 60 inch sony tv wth play station too water, unlimited high speed internet all included in the rent The building is absolute towers which has all the world class amenities including gym, sauna,l ibrary,indoor pool and outdoor pool and many more world class amenities. 24 hr convenience store within the premises of the building . Square one mall which includes walmart and all the world class shopping amenities is just across the street. I am male in late 20’s work full time for govt and i am in other room. sheridian college and other colleges also very near by. Bus stop below the building. highly respectful and easy going and expect the same. 1st and last month rent needed.This is not a lease so one month notice from either is ok before vaccating. Please no negotiation on price. About the roomies
I am respectful gentleman working full time, I am the owner of the place as I work full time I am hardly home, I expect the same respectfulness from the person who will be renting the room, the condo is on a very high floor in an iconic building and the room is very spacious, there is no parking available though.
