I am in love with my 2 bedroom apartment, you can see the lake from the available bedroom and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the GO train, making commuting a breeze. The property has its backyard facing the lake while our garden provides privacy from pedestrians during the warmer months.

A parking space is available and included in the rent so no extra charge, there is free laundry in our building, and so many amenities just around the corner. The only additional fee is $25 for high speed internet on a monthly basis.

I couldn’t imagine moving anytime soon. If someone is looking for a low-key, non-judgemental, quiet, clean and happy home, Wanita Rd is for you!

My landlord is asking for me to find someone willing to sign a year long lease. However rent it paid monthly and if you need to move or changes occur providing 2 months notice is the only requirement to get out of the lease, you are not locked in for a full year.
