The bedroom (as seen in the images attached) has its own private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a closet, and is large enough to fit a queen-size bed and dresser. Two large sliding frosted glass doors let in the natural light while providing good privacy in the room.
 The condo common areas will be shared with a mature young professional, who has a separate bedroom at the other end of the unit. Both rooms have their own private washrooms and are nicely spaced so that each person has ample privacy. 



Asking $1200/mo rent plus utilities with furnished common spaces. Bedroom is not furnished.
