The room for rent is just over 100sq ft and includes a closet. Personal bathroom is beside the room and includes a stand-in shower. The hallway closet is also available to store shoes, coats and other personal belongings.

The rest of the condo is fully furnished and includes a TV, leather sofa, fridge, oven, laundry, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen supplies, vacuum, ironing board, iron, cleaning supplies etc. A/C and heating available. Everything is available to share.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful of the property. You would be responsible to clean your bathroom, room and the communal area. We could split the cost of household items such as dish soap, laundry detergent, core ingredients etc.

I am looking for a roommate to share my home with. Given the current climate, I would like to live with someone who is respectful of bubbling, and practices safe physical distancing. There is a bit of space in the living room for a WFH set up if you are required to do so. This condo is great for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture as you only need to furnish your room (you can purchase the existing furniture). Someone who is outgoing but also appreciates downtime would be great.

Lease terms: This is a roommate search; lease for 6 months, opportunity to extend. Tenant will have their own lease and pay to the landlord based on move in date.

Additional Information: Condo is located at Danforth and Main and within walking distance to 4 major grocery stores, LA fitness, Lowes, Canadian Tire and many shops. The condo is 2 years old and offers basic amenities such as a fitness room (no machines), terrace with BBQs for rent, party room etc. These facilities are currently closed due to Covid.

About me: I am a working professional female (currently WFH - ‘office’ is in my room). During lockdown I brushed up on my mixology and cooking skills so having someone to share a drink and a meal with would be great!

Ideal roommate: You enjoy a good chat and up for having a night drinks, movies once in a while! If you are required to work from home, there is a small space in the living room you can set up a temporary desk…just note i’ll be WFH as well and would need access to the common spaces :) I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful. The condo is my home and all the furnishings are mine that I am sharing with the tenant. I want the space to feel like your home as well!
