Hey :), I’m renting out the 3rd room in my 3 bedroom house which is a 15 minute walk to the university and 30 seconds to the riverfront. The house is very clean, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and there’s street parking. The room comes with a new double sized bed, an Antonucci computer desk, and chair. The living room and dining room furniture is new. Young professionals and students are welcome (6-12 month lease required).

I’m an architect 1 currently working from home and I like to go bike riding by the riverfront, watch basketball, and movies. My roommate is also young professional that is friendly and respectful.
