About myself & requirement for future tenant I am going into my 4th year at the university of Toronto, and I also work part time at a restaurant in Yorkville. Given that school is online, I will be home quite often during the day and the evening are left for work or leisure time. I am very sociable however enjoy my personal time as well. I am looking for someone who is clean and quiet, respectful of the unit and its contents as well as myself. Common spaces must be kept clean and organized especially the kitchen. My hope is to find someone who I get along with so there is still opportunity to hang out, have wine and movie nights, etc. I am open to guests and gatherings however nothing too crazy or frequent.
