Luke's room

The apartment is a 3 bedroom walk up, with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. There is lots of storage space with a hall closet, and extra shelving. The building is on a quiet tree lined street that backs on to a ravine. We’re surrounded by both the city, and large swaths of nature. Walking distance from high park, and a two minute walk to high park subway station. There is some outdoor space, parking in the back, and additional street parking if needed. The available room is unfurnished, and roughly 10’x10’ (maybe slightly larger), and has a closet, and window. We’re on the third floor, so there are three sets of stairs to climb, but it also means there is no one walking above us. The building is very quiet, especially in the evenings/at night.

I am moving out, and helping to search for a third roommate, here is a bit about them:

Both roommates remaining in the apartment are in their thirties, and identify as a woman, and man. They like movies, games, and chatting every now and then. Not during pandemic times, we have hosted game nights, and movie nights.

Both roommates are currently working outside the home, so mindful conversations will have to be had around covid precautions.

We’re non smokers, do not use substances, and while we’re not a sober household, drinking is often light.

We’re all around pretty quiet, and would like to maintain a calm environment.

We like to keep things clean and clutter free, but also livable. We welcome any additional questions you may have.
