We are 2 women looking for a third mature, responsible individual (FEMALE ONLY) to move in with us. This cozy space comes with a sturdy built-in bookshelf and expansive windows overlooking the lush forest across the street. Older women are welcome!

The apartment comes with a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. The apartment comes with a balcony. The building is close to several bus routes, a 24-hour grocery store, a handful of restaurants, a walk-in clinic and a pharmacy.

Must be comfortable with 2 cats, we won’t be accepting any additional pets. Rent is $800/month, utilities are included with the rent. Underground parking is available at an additional cost.
