1 bedroom and own bathroom shared In-suit laundry, floor to ceilings windows, 5th floor, pet friendly, none smoking, super sound proof, dishwasher, brand new appliances, heart of Langford, brand new building with view.

Currently trying to either fine 2 people to take over mine and my current roommates lease, so I potentially have 2 bedrooms available (with own bathrooms) If I can find 2 people to move in. My current roommate is leaving for October 1st probably sooner so need someone by then. Abit about me (if I can only find one roommate): I’m super clean and organized and looking for mutual respect and maturity. Sharing kitchen-so cleaning your dishes and not leaving them in the sink is huge for me as well as overall cleanliness of any shared spaces. Just clean up as you go. Other than that I’m super easy going and free spirited always open to meeting new people and making friends, I live a busy lifestyle so I’m always in and out of the house if you can cook then that’s a huge bonus I can’t cook but I love to eat.
