Amelia's room

I own a small house in the Corydon area. I’m trying to fix it up and would like a room mate to help he afford some home upgrades. I’m also pretty social and I think it would be nice to live with someone. I have a lovely small dog named Neko. He would be ok with another small dog or cat. He actually really likes cats. I’m in the process of fixing up “your room” so you could have some say on things like paint colour and light fixture. If you need a bed and desk I don’t mind buying them for the right person but I might need to ask for a bit more than $600 just to offset my costs. I would ask you to share hydro and gas but I would look after internet and water. My place has a lovely back yard and a bbq.

It’s just me and my dog Neko. I am 31 and I work at a hospital. I enjoy board games, crafts and am slowly renovating the house.
