The second-floor room is 11 ft by 12.5 ft, furnished with a single bed, table, chair, ceiling fan and desk lamp. Surrounded by walking trails, the house is within walking distance to a library, grocery stores, movie theatre, gyms, numerous restaurants and bus stop.

Our home environment is welcoming to people of all races and cultures. You will be sharing a large modern house with a family of 4 adults and one small dog. Selected to host international students but due to the pandemic we are now offering this safe and secure environment to a non-smoker female tenant. You can maintain your privacy, enjoy peace and quiet, and feel at home.
